CYNTHIA FRAHM joined Chicago Dramatists in January 2007, returning to the world of performing arts after serving as Director of Development at the AIDS Legal Council of Chicago and Grants/Program Manager at Children's Memorial Hospital's HIV Program. She is responsible for foundation, corporate and government grants, as well as individual giving and special events. Cynthia has served on the Board of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Chicago Chapter and is Co-Chair of its Fellows Program, which extends AFP educational opportunities to development staff from grass-roots agencies. Cynthia studied theatre at Indiana University and has been a dancer, actor, singer and bass player.
